Bluebell & Sunshine for Breakfast collaboration

Bluebell is a wonderful charity that support parents’ mental health and wellbeing during pregnancy, birth and beyond. They have personally helped me through the start of my journey into motherhood and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with them on this beautiful project.

We have joined together to create a range of 5 postcard designs for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, a campaign organised by the Perinatal Mental Health Partnership UK (of which Bluebell is a member). The campaign is dedicated to raising public and professional awareness about mental health problems during and after pregnancy.

This year’s theme is The Power of Connection. Over the years, staff and parents have left messages on their bathroom mirror at the Bristol hub, Bluebell Place. Messages of hope, encouragement and support. Sunshine for Breakfast and Bluebell have joined in collaboration to bring some of these messages to life as a way for people to connect with others, or keep as a personal reminder.

The series of 5 postcard designs are perfect to pop on your mirror, fridge or wall as a daily reminder, or perfect for spreading some sunshine by passing them on to someone who may need to hear the words themselves.
