All Sunshine for Breakfast products are dispatched from Bristol, UK.
Items are dispatched on working days only, within 2-3 working days of the order date. If you need an item quicker than this, do let me know by emailing ideally before you place your order, and I’ll try my best to accommodate.
Please make your Shipping Address is correct before completing checkout, as I’m unable to redirect orders once they are on the way to you. Shipping fees cover delivery to one postal address.
All UK orders are posted by Royal Mail First Class. The estimated arrival time is 1-2 working days. Postage to UK addresses is £2, or any orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery.
All orders to EU addresses, including the Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, are posted by Royal Mail International Standard. The estimated arrival time is approximately 3-7 working days. Delivery dates can depend on your country’s postal service and could take up to one month. Postage to EU addresses starts from £3.00.
Items are sent to the EU without a tracking number, so if you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping for peace of mind, then please get in touch before you place your order.

All orders to international addresses are posted by Royal Mail International Standard delivery. Please note, this is not a tracked service. Estimated arrival time is approximately 7-10 working days. Delivery dates can depend on your country’s postal service and could take up to one month. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office, which you can check with your country’s customs office. Postage to International addresses start from £5.00.
Items are sent without a tracking number, so if you would like to upgrade to tracked shipping for peace of mind, then please get in touch before you place your order.
Returns or exchanges are possible if posted back to me within 14 days of your order dates. All items must be returned in the original condition, with all packaging intact. Once you have contacted me to notify your return or exchange request, I will confirm the return address to post these to – please note customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:

- Items on sale
- Seconds product offers
